Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging with all tags attached; please note that for hygiene reasons, worn garments outside of the first-time trial cannot be returned.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred refund method.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, then drop your package at the nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
